Superb from check-in till check out. A one night stay. I felt at home and at ease as soon as I was welcomed. The room was lovely. (It does look like they have spent alot of money in the inside areas it looks quite swanky) I was imoresssed as they had managed to keep their prices down.
<p>I had an excellent stay. The receptionists were very polite. Wifi worked well. Location of sockets was very convenient. Shower was nice and hot.</p>
<p>I had a wonderful stay at this first rate small three star hotel within a short walk of Norwich railway station where you can take the train to London and the rest of East Anglia or where you can access the local bus network with direct transfer to the city centre and the rest of Norwich.<br /> <br /> The welcome was friendly and efficient felt like a valued customer from the outset. The communal areas were well maintained and nicely decorated. The room was marvellous, also well maintained and presented, the bed was extremely comfortable with great linen, duvet and pillows, the television was adequate and the Wi-Fi worked well. The en suite bathroom was superb with good water pressure to the shower and nice towels.<br /> <br /> The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great stay and hotel which I can highly recommend to all.</p>
<p> </p> <p>Really pleased with the accommodation, it was clean and newly decorated. The hotel manager was extremely helpful and attentive. They offered us a safe storage for our bikes overnight. It’s 5 mins walk from all the eating house near the station. Yet it’s quiet at night, despite being behind the train station. The breakfast was continental, for £7, eat as much as you like, good value. Will be back again.</p>
